Gulf Side Chef & Table was born from years spent cooking along the Gulf Coast—on the line, on the water, and at the table. After working in professional kitchens and catering environments, it became clear that the most meaningful meals weren’t the biggest or loudest ones, but the intimate gatherings where food, timing, and hospitality actually mattered.
This brand started as a way to slow things down and do it right: chef-driven menus, local influence, and direct connection with the people being served. No corporate playbook, no mass production—just experience, intention, and respect for the craft. Gulf Side Chef & Table exists to bring that mindset into private homes and small events, where great food still feels personal and memorable.
